It's snowing!
Which, in England, means that everyone has lost their minds and public transport has come to a screeching halt.
(Every time it snows, this happens. I don't get it.)
I'm stuck inside anyway, so I can just look at how pretty it is through my window while I try to get over the
Hopefully your cities and immune systems are faring better, but just in case you're stuck inside and looking for something to read, here are some links!
+ Things that make me glad I've never bought burger patties from Tesco for $1,000, Alex!
+ Seems I'm not the only one who loves Bristol!
+ This project is awesome! I'm looking forward to watching it...well...evolve!
+ Love these tips for small business organization!
+ This quote is wonderful. I just had dinner with Jasmine last night (so sorry if you come down with whatever I have in a few days, love!) and we had a great chat about goals and plans and ambition. It's scary to commit to lofty goals for yourself, I know, but I think it's so important.
+ I know everyone is talking about this, but. Really. The hell?
+ Thank you so much, Rachel, for including me on a list with such wonderful blogs!
+ Maybe it's just because it's snowing, but I'm loving this look. Okay, maybe not those shoes, but everything else!
+ My favorite Instagram of the week via @brittany__wood. Also, I might be starving.
That's it! I hope you have wonderful, healthy weekends, snow or sunshine!
Happy Friday!

That is a stunning picture. In Connecticut whenever it snows everyone seems to forget how to drive. We don't have public transportation here, but if we did I'm quite sure it would be all screwed up.
ReplyDeleteOh that makes me feel loads better about Indy. If it snows they are on it and the streets are cleared and everything. It is a well oiled machine! That sucks that it is so crazy there when it snows. Totally shatters my whole England in the snow lazy days idea.

I have a funny story for you. Our 9.50am plane was delayed 5 HOURS due to mechnical problems, queuing issues and some goofball getting the special un-icing spray in a part of the plane it shouldn't be. 5 HOURS.
ReplyDeleteHaving dinner with you last night made it all worth it though! <3 That and the fact that Austria looks like somewhere out of my wildest dreams. Oh and it'll be snowing for the Sound of Music tour tomorrow.
And that coat is the bomb. And that quote is spot on. And those tips are so true! Hope you feel better soon! X
You´re in Austria?! Hey from Vienna ;)
Deleteoh boo feel better!
ReplyDeleteIt seems like all of Europe is covered in snow at the moment except for my little corner of France that's getting rain. Rain! There is nothing winter wonderlandy about rain! I'd love the snow, even if that means being stuck inside :)
ReplyDeleteP.S. feel better
P.P.S. the Tesco burgers... SO GROSS!
I hope you feel better soon! I've experience my first London snow and you are right. Everything screeches to a halt. But it is very pretty.
